What counts as an active bike?
Any bike registered in your fleet dashboard that is not archived. Bikes in maintenance still count toward your cap.
How does the per-ride fee work?
On Growth and Pro plans, a small platform fee is charged per completed ride. This fee is billed monthly alongside your subscription and helps scale infrastructure with your usage.
What happens if I exceed my bike cap?
Additional bikes beyond your plan cap are billed at $2 per bike per month, so you can grow without upgrading immediately.
Is payment processing included?
Payment processing is available as an optional add-on at 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction pass-through, with an additional 0.4% for managed dispute resolution.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts required.
